TERMS & CONDITIONS

 • Your entry in this competition constitutes an agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and all other rules of the competition. Water Digest reserves the right to reject entries that attempt to modify such rules in any way. These terms and conditions apply to all awards.

• Entry into the Water Digest Water Awards (WDWA) is open to companies and organizations, which has operations in India.

• Entrants must submit the official Awards entry form and criteria, report with a bio-data/CV, reports and references.

• Nominations must be made in English.

• Entrants can submit multiple entries to different categories.

• The entrant is wholly responsible for the accuracy and authentication of any information submitted; and warrants that it has secured appropriate reproduction privileges, releases and approvals of all images and other materials submitted to Water Digest for this competition and that the information contained in the report is accurate and not misleading. All submitted material must be available for use by Water Digest for promotional and advertising purposes including use on the World Wide Web.

• By making an entry, you give Water Digest the right to publish details of your project. We may publish full details or an edited version, without seeking further permission, and may assign publication rights to a third party (while honoring confidentiality of specific information).

• All entries should be accompanied with a DD of the respective amount category wise. The DD should be addressed to Advance Water Digest Pvt. Ltd., 42 Shivdeep, Community Centre, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi - 57.

• The entry amount once sent would not be refunded on any account.

• Water Digest reserves the right to revise or amend at any time the criteria of any award.

• Water Digest does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the participants or furnish reasons for inclusion and, or, exclusion of any particular submission of the participant at any stage of the Awards.

• The judges’ reserve the right to move an entry from one category to another if they feel it is appropriate.

• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

• The Water Digest Water Award winner shall receive the 2010 Water Award, comprising a trophy and citation, and will be required to participate in publicity on behalf of Water Digest; entry constitutes permission to use the winners' names for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.

• The Water Digest Water Award winner shall have to bear all the expenses that he would have to incur while on his visit to receive the award. Water Digest Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to reimburse any of the expenses.

• Each winner must provide proof of identification upon request of Water Digest.

• Water Digest shall not be liable for any failure whatsoever to provide the prize as a result of any force majeure or susec

pervening circumstances.

• The Awards will be presented at a ceremony in New Delhi in second week of January 2011 (tentative) at Hotel Leela Kempinski.

• The Recipient is expected to receive the Award in person at the ceremony.

• The jury/WD management of the Water Digest Pvt. Ltd. has the power to settle all cases not covered by the present rules and regulations.
